I have to say, this place was a disappointment from start to finish. The initial excitement quickly faded when I saw the state of the chalet we were given; it was filthy and clearly not well-maintained. The reception staff didn't seem to care, and the overall atmosphere felt very chaotic. I definitely won’t be returning.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean and felt uninviting, with issues like inadequate heating and noisy neighbors. The service was lacking, especially when trying to address our concerns. It was unfortunate because the location is decent, but overall, it didn’t live up to expectations, and I felt it was not worth the price paid.
